Every dedicated server package includes 24/7 monitoring of a single port and http, smtp and ftp services
on the client's server. Monitoring of additional ports and or services is available. Our Network Operations
Center scans servers on our network every 5 minutes to determine if the designated port and the services
are accessible. When the designated port or services are not accessible our tech staff is immediately
notified. You will be contacted in accordance with the terms of your contract. If the server is completely
unreachable, we will reboot the system.
